To welcome new scholarship students to the HKUST family, Scholarships & Financial Aid Office (SFAO) has organized two identical information sessions in September 2018 to help them familiarize with the support SFAO provides regarding their scholarship entitlement and its administrative process. Dr Tony Lam, Head of SFAO, gave a briefing to the new students and answered their questions during the Q & A session. In addition to the admission scholarships available at HKUST, their renewable requirements and payment arrangement, the students also had a better understanding on other scholarship opportunities and other services including financial assistance and insurance provided by SFAO.
