To celebrate the International Women’s Day, our President, Prof Wei Shyy, invited the women faculty and 5 awardees of Women in Science & Engineering (WISE) Scholarships to a luncheon on 18 March 2019 to commemorate the achievements of women. To honour the accomplishment of the WISE Scholarship awardees, certificates were presented to them by Prof Wei Shyy. CHAN Yan Yan(School of Science/Year 1), representing the awardees, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the University and scholarship donors, as well as shared her aspirations and future plans in science and engineering.
